Many new church goers will shape their opinions within the first 7 minutes of attending a service. The First Impressions Director will oversee the First Impressions serve teams and facilitate the first steps process to create an environment that makes it easy for new guests to get connected and returning guests to feel welcome. The role provides overall leadership for First Impressions ministries, which currently includes ushers, greeters, security, coffee shop, parking, welcome desk, and special events teams.
