Goals Overview
God has a plan and desire for ALL of us to be a part of when He MOVES! So, we are challenging everyone who calls New Life Community Church their spiritual home to join us as we step out once again in faith to pursue God’s plan for us. Over the past couple of years, our Elders and Pastoral Staff have been engaged in a strategic planning process to help us define how we will reach our community for Jesus and help them grow in their faith. As a result of this process, we have revisited and clarified our Mission and Vision Statements:
OUR MISSION: (Matthew 22:37-40)
We exist to Love God and Love People because nothing else really matters.
OUR VISION: (Matthew 28:18-20)
It is our desire to help people Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Their Purpose, and Make a Difference in this World through Jesus Christ.
We have also developed goals and strategies that give us focus and purpose in what we do. Our desire is to move forward to the future God is calling us to and fulfill the Mission and Vision He has given us. Over the next several weeks we will dig deeper into our Mission and share our goals and strategies with our entire church family. Then together, over the next few years, we want to be more focused on the MOVE of God as we reach the lost and build the Kingdom.

PRIMARY GOAL: 100% eNGAGEMENT
MOVE is first and foremost a discipleship initiative. We’re all at different points in our walk with Jesus. We want to learn new things about God and about ourselves. We want every single person at New Life to be willing to take a next step of growth in this area of generosity.
Whether you’ve never given anything before, whether you’re an infrequent contributor, or whether you’re a consistent and thoughtful giver, there is a next step God is asking you to take in this journey.

SECONDARY GOAL: $4,500,000
Our secondary goal is monetary. This is a one fund initiative, so the amount includes our total ministry
fund for the next two years (Move Forward in Ministry) which allows us to better help people Know God,
Find Freedom, Discover Their Purpose, and Make a Difference. It also includes our support to our missions partners (Move Forward in Missions) as well as our continued vision to reach more people (Move Forward in Maximizing Our Reach).
